* fixed teamspeak detection over tsremote.dll (port wasn't compared)
* fixed teamspeak/ventrilo detection without tsremore.dll (closing was not recognized)
* fixed expertmode - option dialog
+ added automatically ingame status message info for other protocol's
+ added proxy support (HTTP proxy)
+ added set nickname for xfire in miranda mainmenu
- rebuild options dialog
